Broadway Bound Performing Arts studio is a unique studio with the sole purpose of training youth in all aspects of musical theatre and dance.
We are all extremely passionate about the performing arts. We believe that the skills developed through performing help students to acheive personal goals, team work and confidence.

TEACHERS
We are proud to have the some of the most experienced musical theatre and dance instructors in the Lower Mainland. All of our teachers have extensive backgrounds in musical theatre and all dance disciplines through training and/or through performing on stage.
KIMBERLY PAGE - Owner, Junior & Senior Production Director and Musical Director, Voice Instructor Kim has directed over a dozen musicals with children, including Hairspray, Bye Bye Birdie,Sweeney Todd,Thoroughly Modern Millie, West Side Story, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Annie, Oklahoma, Guys & Dolls and Beauty And The Beast. She has taught voice, musical theatre and acting for many schools in the lower mainland area. Kim is a graduate in theatre from Douglas College and has been singing for over 27 years. Kim continues to be on the stage as well, performing with local theatre companies (Theatre Under The Stars, Uncle Randy Productions, Gateway Theatre and Royal City Musical Theatre), and the upcoming production of The Wizard Of Oz for Footlight Theatre, where Kim will play the Wicked Witch. Even though Kim loves to perform, her greatest joy comes from teaching children.
JENNIFER LAW - Ballet Jennifer began her journey within the dance world at the age of three.Throughout her younger years she trained & performed with Tri-Dance in Langley where she excelled in Ballet and had the opportunity to perform at various festivals including the Surrey Arts Centre Honors performance.From there she expanded her technique as she trained with Deborah Cameron A.R.A.D at Cameron Academy of Classical Dance, completing up to and including her Royal Academy of Dance Grade 8 Award with distinction.Jennifer went on to broaden her dance education with styles such as lyrical, jazz, modern & musical theatre under the direction of Alyssa Burgesson of Dance Xpressions, and successfully competed in group and solo pieces throughout the Lower Mainland.She also had the chance to train at studios such as The Edge in Los Angeles, CA & Spotlight Dance Centre in Las Vegas, NV.Along side her dance training, she has been passionate about music, completing many examinations with the Royal Conservatory of Music for piano, and training classically in voice.Jennifer has performed as a company dancer for Carnival Cruise Lines, and more recently had the opportunity to dance in the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Closing Ceremonies.She continues to teach throughout the Lower Mainland & share her love of music and dance with her students!
AURA BENWICK - Hip Hop, Lyrical Jazz, Musical Theatre, Senior & Junior Production Aura's passion for dancing and the performing arts has taken her many places throughout her life.She has traveled around the world most recently in Singapore where she was one of the Gotham Divas, an in house dance group of the Gotham Penthouse nightclub. She also toured in Asia with the Las Vegas Showgirls, she danced on cruise ships as a company member for Carnival Cruise Lines as well as Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and for seven seasons Aura is the new choreographer for and has been a member and a captain of the B.C. Lions Felions Dance Team as well as one of the Vancouver Raven Fly Girls for there three seasons in Vancouver. As a graduate of the AmericanAcademy of Dramatic Arts she has worked extensively in theatre.In her younger years she traveled throughout Australia touring the musical Minor Reality, but more recently you can see Aura in film and television dancing in music videos and commercials.You can also see her performing in local shows such as Lost Vegas Live, and The Girly Show 3 as well as dancing at local casinos doing Can Can and Las Vegas style shows.Aura’s passionate personality drives her to meet new people and learn about new cultures and different ways of life.Her love for dancing goes hand in hand with her love of performing.
ALEXIS WHATLEY - Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Senior & Junior Production
Alexis’ passion for dancing and the performing arts has taken her many places throughout her life as an instructor, performer, choreographer and adjudicator. She began training in her native Edmonton as well as in Vancouver, Toronto, Los Angeles and New York. She has performed as a dancer with such companies as Princess Cruise Lines, Legends Alive, Champagne Showgirls, The CFL BC Lions Dance Team, and various other live stage shows. Her choreography can be seen in performances throughout Vancouver, most recently at the Miss BC World 2009 and Top Teen of Canada 2009 pageants. Alexis currently resides in Vancouver where she is recognized as an energetic and humorous instructor and choreographer, sharing her experience and passion with dancers of all ages.
AUBREY MAXWELL - Primary Tap & Musical Theatre
Aubrey has been singing, acting, and dancing since the age of 4 and loves to share her passion with others. She has studied in musical theatre, tap, jazz, ballet, highland, voice and plays many musical instruments. Aubrey has performed in many of the studio’s musicals such as Thoroughly Modern Millie, Oklahoma (Ado Annie), and Hairspray (Penny Pingleton). Previously she has taken on the role of Teacher’s Assistant for the Junior Production, Tap 2 and Jazz 2 classes as well as a student teacher and substitute. Aubrey is currently attending the University of British Columbia where she is planning on becoming a theatre major. As a side project to continue her love of acting on-camera, she is also currently starring in a web series named Desturbia. Aubrey is thrilled to have the opportunity to continue teaching children as it brings so much joy to her life.
KRISTINA LINDEN - Tap Kristina is an accomplished dancer who has been immersed in the dance world since the age of four. She was seen in Singing In The Rain with TUTS, Kristina was also seen tapping her feet in the Metro Theatre’s production of Anything Goes and Royal City Musical Theatre’s 2007 production of 42ndStreet. She is an original member of Beat Feet Divaz, Vancouver's only all female tap and hip-hop fusion dance company. Kristina was a co-recipient of the West Coast Tap Dance Collective’s annual scholarship in 2007, and has been a performer at many notable events including the LA Tap Festival’s 2008 and 2009 All-Star Tap Concerts, the Vancouver Tap Festival’s “Tap Passages,” numerous Vancouver International Tap Day Celebrations, Vancouver's PNE Star Discovery, and “For the Luv of It.” In 2005, she was a member of the Canadian National Tap Team which received a silver medal at the World Tap Dance Championships in Riesa, Germany; she was also a finalist in the duet category. Kristina has studied with and been heavily influenced by many tap artists such as: Dr. Jimmy Slyde, Arthur Duncan, Dr. Jeni LeGon, Dr. Harold Cromer, Diane Walker, Dormeshia Sumbry-Edwards, Jason Samuels Smith, Chloe Arnold, Ivery Wheeler, Ted Levy, Michelle Dorrance, Brenda Buffalino, Heather Cornell, and Chester Whitmore.During the summers of 2008 and 2009, she attended the Los Angeles Tap Festival at Debbie Allen's DanceAcademy where she was lucky enough to receive a week long internship! Kristina has also trained at the Millennium Dance Complex and the Edge Performing Arts Centre in L.A., and at BroadwayDanceCenter in New York.
