AGES: 7 - 11 YEARS
INSTRUCTOR: Danielle Benton
Kids love working in front of the camera. Great class for camera work, cold-reading and auditions and interviews. Classes are focused on being natural and real in an on-camera scene and working camera skills. Students will also explore acting techniques for the theatre, creating characters and making choices. Each student will be given a DVD of their own work to take home at the end of the course.
AGES: 12 - 17 YEARS
INSTRUCTOR: Danielle Benton
Students will learn and strengthen their ability to: Perfect their slate, breakdown auditions, make concrete acting "choices", create on the spot opening beats and understand beat changes, how to "own" their auditions and impress casting directors. This class will also learn techniques for stage acting, including developing a character and impovisation skills. Students will be given a DVD of their own work to take home at the end of the course.
